Frequently Asked Questions

1 Does deleting pages affect the original PDF file?
No. Your original file remains completely intact on your device. The tool creates a new PDF with the selected pages removed, leaving your source file untouched. You choose where to save the new version.
2 Can I delete multiple pages at once?
Absolutely. You can select multiple pages by clicking them while holding Ctrl/Cmd, or specify page ranges like "1-5, 10, 15-20". You can also delete all odd pages, even pages, or use the "select all" option.
3 Will the page numbers renumber automatically after deletion?
Yes. The resulting PDF will have its page numbers updated sequentially. However, existing page numbers printed within the document content (not generated by the PDF viewer) will remain as-is, since they're part of the static content.
4 Is there a limit to the PDF file size or number of pages?
The limit is defined by your device's available memory and browser capabilities. Most modern browsers can handle PDFs with thousands of pages smoothly. For extremely large files (500+ MB), we recommend using a desktop computer with ample RAM.
5 Is my PDF stored on your servers or accessed by third parties?
Never. All processing happens entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript. Your PDF never leaves your device — no uploads to servers, no cloud storage, no third-party access. Your documents stay completely private.
